Brittney Moore is amazing! She will listen to what you want your hair to look like and then when it is done it looks just like you pictured in your head. I have been bright blonde my whole life but the bleach was killing my hair! I was looking for the ombre effect that would allow me to still be blonde without all the damage. Brittney delivered by actually painting in highlights (instead of using foils). She is a hair artist!!
